Payments ~

All major credit cards are accepted, Please have your credit card ready when making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy~

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, to avoid a cancellation charge, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. Infinity's Cancellation policy is 24 hours. No Shows and Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the total fee.

Service Charge~

A 17% Service charge will be added to each individual service. Additional gratuity for excellent service is welcome.

Etiquette~

**Please be respectful of our massage therapists. Massage is a healing art. Inappropriate advances or gestures towards our therapists are illegal and will be reported.

~Spa guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
~Individuals with special needs must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.
~Please keep valuables in a safe.
~We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property.
~Alcohol is a contraindication for massage and training. Please avoid consumption prior to your services.
~Absolutely no photography or video.
~Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
~All sales are final.
